Tandava is a meditative dance in which you meet your original body and the infinitive space.
In Tantra Yoga it’s the main thing really to touch everything in your life – through the consciousness (vijñana).
An important part of the practice is the work with your emotions which will be integrated and not excluded or controlled.
The techniques are simple and universell at the same time:
everything is in you – like the tree in the seed…

tandava - DanceMeditation
The well-known teacher and writer Daniel Odier brought the meditative dance tandava into the west.
The syllable tan means „expansion“ and „wholeness“.

the movement is going through the breath into the body
which dissolves from each tension
and discovers the space of original freedom

mantra - SoundMeditation
in each sound-vibration and each word
is a creative energy included
which liberated developes

Vijñana Bhairava Tantra - EveryDayMeditation
The scripture „Vijñana Bhairava", which from the 8th century its said to be the quintessence of all tantras, explains 112 meditations, which includes all aspects of life.
